KGU-BW Kerry G. Uffman, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CPWA, CFA, RICP, RMA
Kerry founded TWRU Private Wealth Management, LLC to solve the financial challenges for his high-income business and professional clients that have had long-term CPA and financial advisory relationships with him for over 36 years.  Kerry organized his wealth management advice in strategic and tactical planning modules that he describes as “Our Program of Work for Multi-Millionaires”.  In response to specialized needs of his long-term clients, Kerry earned designations as a Retirement Income Certified Professional and Retirement Management Analyst.   Kerry is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Baton Rouge and is a past president.  Kerry lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Cookie, and has 3 children and 9 grandchildren.
DWB-BWDon W. Brown, CPA, JD
Don claims Baton Rouge as his hometown having lived here since he was five.  He received his BS from LSU and his Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School and has been practicing as a CPA since 1975.  He is married to his wife, Judy, and has three children and three grandchildren.  Don serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for his church; has held various positions with the Louisiana Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and is currently a Board member of the United Methodist Foundation of Louisiana.  He is an avid college basketball fan with an emphasis on the LSU Tigers.
SMD-BWSara M. Downing, CPA
Sara Downing earned her B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1990.  She has worked with TWRU since graduation and became a partner in July 2002.  An active volunteer in the Baton Rouge community, Sara is a member of the Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church.  She currently serves on the board of Volunteers of America and as a sutaining advisor to the Junior League of Baton Rouge.  She also assits with fundraising for both Boys Hope Girls Hope and American Cancer Services.  She is a past president of the Junior League of Baton Rouge and the Baton Rouge Little Theater Board of Governors.  She was a La Society of CPA’s Public Service Award Nominee and is a graduate of Baton Rouge Area Chamber’s “Leadership Baton Rouge” program.  In 2005, Sara was honored as one of Baton Rouge Business Report’s “Top 40 Under 40.”  In her leisure time, she enjoys fishing, cooking and volunteering.
